Quality
Each unique piece requires a lot of meticulous work to design, create, and produce. My earrings are backed with surgical stainless steel (nickel-free and hypoallergenic). All earrings are extremely light, with my largest earrings weighing .25oz.
Each piece is made by hand, and are susceptible to small imperfections. While I work hard to avoid minor flaws, they do sometimes occur in the earring-making process.
shipping
Orders process and ship within 7-10 business days of purchase. Made-to-order pieces may take up to 10-14 business days from date of purchase.
All orders are shipped via USPS. I am not responsible for delays or damage caused by USPS.
If you request a rush order, please leave a note in your order and I will do my best to accommodate you.
return policy
Due to hygienic reasons, customers are unable to return worn earrings. Quality is important to me and I want you all to wear your JGJs for many years to come, so there's a lifetime warranty on all earrings.
caring for your earrings
- Do not bend. Earrings are fragile.
- Avoid getting wet. Do not shower or swim with earrings on.
- If they get dirty, wipe gently with a damp cloth and a tiny bit of acetone.
